Kaspersky Lab will protect the margin for Accredited, Certified and Enterprise partners who register new business deals with Kaspersky Lab before any other partner.
Process
  1. Submit a fully completed deal registration form (below)
  2. Distribution will provide the standard margin until you can provide proof that the deal is registered to you
  3. Kaspersky Lab will honour the deal registration for a period of 6 months
  4. Kaspersky Lab reserves the right to withdraw the Deal Registration, and/or offer the Deal Registration to another partner, based on Kaspersky Lab’s evaluation of the opportunity
  5. Kaspersky Lab will verify the Deal Registration information with the end user

The Small Print
  • The Kaspersky Lab Deal Registration Program is a framework within which Kaspersky Lab UK aims to support its Accredited, Certified and Enterprise level partners. Kaspersky Lab UK will aim to support these partners on a best endeavour’s basis. Deal Registration may not be available on opportunities requiring CHEST pricing, or tender opportunities.
  • If one or more partners try to register a deal on the same day, the partner who has registered the deal first will be entitled to the deal registration. All online deal registrations are date and time stamped.
  • Deals covering less than 50 users cannot be registered.
  • Deal registrations are valid for a maximum of 6 months. If the deal has not closed after 6 months, it will need to be re-registered.
  • Deal registrations will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt.
