Alfonso Ramirez is Managing Director for Kaspersky, Europe, with responsibility for defining and implementing the company’s consumer and corporate strategies and managing the corresponding teams.

Joining Kaspersky in 2008, Ramirez was appointed Director of Consumer Business, where he helped position the company’s consumer products at the top of this market, and was later promoted to General manager, where he oversaw Kaspersky business strategies in both Spain and Portugal.

Prior to joining Kaspersky, he held a range of senior sales and marketing positions with several multinational companies. Alfonso studied Marketing and Business Management at Escuela Superior de Ingenieros Comerciales (ESIC) Business School, in Madrid, Spain.

Tim De Groot General Manager for UK & Ireland, Nordics and Benelux at Kaspersky

Tim De Groot has been playing a pivotal role at Kaspersky since his appointment as Territory Manager for Benelux and Nordics in October 2021. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in expanding Kaspersky's channel presence within the Nordics, enhancing the company's footprint in the Benelux region, particularly in the Enterprise segment, and actively recruiting strategic partners for Kaspersky's non-EPP portfolio in both areas.

Recently, Tim has taken on an additional leadership role as General Manager for the UK & Ireland. This new position builds on his previous responsibilities and demonstrates a continued commitment to driving growth and establishing strong market positions in these regions. His dual role signifies a significant expansion of his influence and responsibilities within Kaspersky, underscoring his expertise and successful track record in regional management and strategic partnership development.

Richard Porter is the Head of Pre-sales for UK & Ireland markets. Managing the pre-sales team, he is responsible for fostering customer and partner engagement, providing education, presentations, demonstrations, solution qualification/architecting and proof of value implementation of the cyber-security portfolio, as well as supporting the marketing function both on European and Global levels.

Richard has 26 years experience in the IT industry with 14 of those years spent in cyber security. Richard's career started out in a VAR in a support/system builder role, and since moving to Kaspersky in 2007 he has taken on pre-sales responsibilities, moving into management in 2016. Having seen the role of reseller, systems administrator, and vendor, Richard has a wealth of experience and skills for building strong customer relationships.

Mina heads the growth of Enterprise Sales within the UK & Ireland markets. He is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing Enterprise sales strategy as well as managing all Enterprise Sales from a Named Account List (NAL) on each dedicated territory, working closely in full partnership with the existing Sales and Marketing personnel on a Regional, European and Global level.

Mina has been with the company since 2016. Prior to joining Kaspersky, Mina progressed from his Telemarketing role to becoming one of the top Senior Account Managers within NTS (UK) Ltd - Part of Capita PLC. He holds a BSC in Business Economics from the University of Westminster.
