General terms and conditions

  1. Kaspersky is offering participants a partner offer: £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*. Only one gift card will be offered per order, even if the order contains several Kaspersky products.
  2. The offer is valid between 01/10/2025 and 05/01/2026 at 10am, for the purchase of a Kaspersky Small Office Security on the www.kaspersky.co.uk website. Participation in this offer is exclusively by electronic means and is open to any individual of legal age, regardless of nationality, residing in United Kingdom and with Internet access, who has been randomly selected by www.kaspersky.co.uk (hereinafter the ‘Participant’). The offer is subject to conditions and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or benefits.
  3. Each participant (same e-mail address) may participate only once as long as he/she meets the condition of having made an eligible purchase.
  4. To obtain the gift card, the participant will receive a link in the order confirmation email sent by Kaspersky. The participant must then click on the link received 7 calendar days after the purchase. They must then enter their order number on the website to access the catalogue of gift cards available. Once the gift card has been selected, the code will be displayed automatically. After 7 days, the participant will no longer be able to collect their gift.
  5. Kaspersky reserves the right to stop or suspend the operation in the event of fraud or in all cases where, for any reason whatsoever, the computer system awards prizes not provided for in these general terms and conditions. In such cases, messages informing participants of a prize will be considered null and void.

    6. Gift cards cannot be reimbursed in whole or in part, in cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Kaspersky will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever or required to provide any financial compensation to the participant or any holder of the gift certificate in the event of:

    • Refusal to accept the gift card by the partner,
    • Inability of the gift card holder to use the gift card,
    • An error in the content of the gift card
    • Any loss, injury or damage suffered by the participant while using the product(s) purchased using the gift card.

    Neither Kaspersky nor its agents or distributors guarantee the quality or availability of the products offered by the partner, even if this results in loss or damage for the recipient of the code.

  6. Kaspersky will not replace any Gift Card that has been lost, deleted, stolen or damaged.
  7. Kaspersky reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
