This collaboration aims to reduce the digital gap and strengthen the resilience of small European businesses
From October until the end of
December, Kaspersky and Incomedia will launch a joint initiative aimed at small
and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe. The collaboration materializes in
an integrated solution that combines the protection of Kaspersky Small
Office Security with the website creation ease of WebSiteX5 Evo,
developed by Incomedia. The agreement seeks to address two of the most relevant
challenges for SMEs: digital security and professional online
presence. According to Eurostat data (2025), 73 % of European SMEs
have reached a basic level of digitalization, still below the 90 % target set
by the European Commission for 2030. This gap limits the competitiveness of
millions of small businesses, which simultaneously face a scenario of
increasing cyber risks.
In this context, threats are becoming more frequent. A Kaspersky report (2024) revealed that infections in SMEs increased by 5 %
in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period of the previous
year, highlighting the use of trojans and attacks disguised as common
applications. These findings underscore the need for accessible,
easy-to-implement solutions that allow small businesses to protect their
operations while advancing their digitalization.
The joint proposal from Kaspersky and Incomedia is characterized by its seamless integration: with a single-click setup, SMEs can launch a secure digital environment while simultaneously establishing a professional online presence. In this way, businesses reduce technical complexity, avoid additional development costs, and ensure a unified digital ecosystem.
“With this proposal, we are giving SMEs a simple yet powerful way to secure their business by a trusted and highly-awarded cyber security solution and strengthen their online presence at the same time. At Incomedia, we have always believed that digital tools should be accessible to everyone and together with Kaspersky, we can help entrepreneurs reduce complexity, save costs, and open up new opportunities for growth,” said Federico Ranfagni, CEO of Incomedia.
“By combining our deep expertise in cybersecurity with Incomedia’s intuitive website-creation platform, we provide SMEs with an all-in-one solution that protects their digital operations and elevates their professional visibility without added technical burden,” said Oscar Suela, General Manager Iberia, UK and Ireland at Kaspersky
This agreement also represents a trusted alliance in the European market. Incomedia, with millions of users of its WebSiteX5 Evo solution, brings extensive experience in developing accessible and reliable tools, while Kaspersky extends its positioning beyond cybersecurity, reinforcing its role as a comprehensive enabler of SME digital transformation. The joint offer reflects a shared commitment to innovation and the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe.
