Kaspersky Lab today announced that its Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business product received a five star review and ‘A List’ rating from leading IT publication, PC Pro.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business received an overall score of five stars in the review with ease of use and value for money each earning five stars and features and design securing an impressive six. The product was included in the esteemed ‘
A List’ category, which lists the ‘best buys’ for businesses.
In the review, PC Pro praised the product highlighting that “many SMBs find deploying network security a daunting prospect, but Kaspersky aims to take the fear out of the job through simplification. Its latest Endpoint Security for Business software offers a huge range of options, including anti-malware for servers and workstations, patch management and mobile device security, yet everything can be managed from a single console.”
PC Pro tested the product using virtual Windows XP, 7 and 8 clients hosted on VMware ESX and Hyper-V servers. The reviewer looked at installation, software management and reporting functions. A selection of malware was then introduced to the test clients, which were all blocked by Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business.
The team at PC Pro concluded: “Kaspersky never disappoints for malware-detection performance. In the latest Dennis Technology Labs enterprise antivirus report Kaspersky grabbed the top spot with a nearly perfect score.”
